Terms of service

Commercially serious terms for a serious enterprise software product.

These terms govern use of the CommandLoom website and any evaluation, preview, or commercial access provided by MDTechspire unless separate signed agreements override them. They are structured to reflect how CommandLoom is actually bought, deployed, and governed.

1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing the CommandLoom website or using any evaluation, preview, or service access made available by MDTechspire, you agree to these terms unless a separate signed agreement governs that activity.

If you are using CommandLoom on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms or to the applicable commercial agreement.

If a separate order form, master services agreement, or other executed contract applies, that contract controls to the extent of any conflict.

2. Commercial relationship

CommandLoom is enterprise software. In practice, production use is expected to be governed by commercial terms that define deployment model, data handling, support scope, pricing, and operational responsibilities.

Public website content, demos, and early conversations are informational and do not create a commitment to deliver features, timelines, certifications, or deployment options unless expressly agreed in writing.

Quotes, pricing, rollout stages, and environment-specific commitments are shaped around the actual systems, users, approval posture, and deployment requirements involved.

3. Permitted use and restrictions

You may use the website and any authorized service access only for legitimate business evaluation or approved commercial use.

You may not misuse the website or CommandLoom to interfere with service operations, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, circumvent access controls, or use the service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to others.

Do not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract non-public product logic except where law clearly permits it

Do not use the service to violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual-property rights

Do not use evaluations or previews as a substitute for production rights you have not purchased

4. Customer and user responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the instructions, source systems, access decisions, and internal approvals that shape how CommandLoom is used in their environment.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to connect systems, share data, and authorize CommandLoom to process or act on information within the scope of your deployment.

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials, using the service in line with your own policies and applicable law, and reviewing outputs before taking higher-risk operational actions where required.

5. Demos, trials, and previews

Any demo, pilot, trial, preview, or early-access environment may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time unless separate written commitments say otherwise.

Preview features may be incomplete, may not be suitable for production use, and may change materially before general availability.

MDTechspire may use feedback from evaluations and previews to improve CommandLoom, provided that doing so does not disclose your confidential information outside the permitted relationship.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

CommandLoom, the website, and related materials remain the property of MDTechspire and its licensors, except for customer content and other rights clearly retained by customers under applicable agreements.

Submitting suggestions, feedback, or product ideas does not transfer ownership of CommandLoom to you. Unless otherwise agreed, MDTechspire may use feedback to improve the product without restriction and without creating any payment obligation.

7. Availability, changes, and support

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or service, especially where security, quality, or product direction requires it.

Specific uptime, support, incident response, or change-management commitments apply only when stated in an executed commercial agreement or related support documentation.

Nothing on the public website should be read as a binding service-level commitment by itself.

8. Third-party services, components, and dependencies

CommandLoom and its website may rely on third-party infrastructure, hosting, communications tooling, software libraries, or model-related dependencies as part of ordinary operation.

MDTechspire is not responsible for third-party services or products that are outside its control, even where CommandLoom interoperates with them or depends on them in part.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights, permissions, licenses, and contractual authority needed for third-party systems they choose to connect or use with CommandLoom.

9. Confidentiality and data handling

Each party is expected to protect the other's confidential information and to handle data in a manner consistent with the relationship and applicable contractual terms.

For production or pilot deployments, confidentiality, privacy, security, retention, approval, and deployment responsibilities may be described in more detail in the applicable order form, security documentation, or data-processing terms.

10. Fees, liability, suspension, and termination

Commercial fees, billing cadence, renewal structure, suspension rights, and termination mechanics are generally handled through the applicable order form or signed agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and any unsuperseded evaluation access are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MDTechspire will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from website use, evaluation access, or service use, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

MDTechspire may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, legal risk, non-payment under applicable commercial terms, or conduct that threatens the service or other parties.

Either party may stop using or providing website-based or preview access at any time. Production termination, data return, transition support, and post-termination responsibilities are governed by the applicable commercial agreement where one exists.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, operational, or business changes.

The version published on the site becomes the current version on its stated effective date unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise.

Questions about these terms or about contracting with CommandLoom can be sent to contact@mdtechspire.com.
